We have been talking about research and how to locate important and relevant information in a text. Every time I have started a new teaching position I say I am going to write down all of the fun things we do and funny kid stories. I think this new journey as an elementary librarian (or the "library lady" as the kindergarteners call me) is the perfect time to begin! "A love of books, of holding a book, turning its pages, looking at its pictures, and living its fascinating stories goes hand-in-hand with a love of learning." ~ Laura Bush Welcome to my new blog home! I have been using another blogging platform for several years and have recently decided to move to a new, more stable, user friendly platform. I will slowly but surely be moving all my old posts to the new blog. Thanks for following along on all of our library adventures!
